Shipping policy

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to dispatch orders placed on working days before 17:00 the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs can be found in the checkout and range from 3.95 to 50.00 euro for worldwide shipments.

Delivery takes place via Sendcloud's postman or parcel delivery service. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

We ship all orders from Belgium with Evri. For our UK customers, here's what you need to know regarding customs and duties:

• 📦 Orders up to £135:

  Good news — no customs duty or import VAT will be charged. You’ll receive your order just like any local shipment.

• 📦 Orders over £135:

  UK customs will apply the following charges upon delivery:

1. Customs Duty – typically 12%, especially for synthetic clothing like football shirts.
2. Import VAT – 20%, calculated on the total value including the customs duty and shipping.

Example:

Let’s say your order amount is £150:

• Customs Duty (12%) = £18
• New total = £168
• Import VAT (20%) on £168 = £33.60
• ✅ Total extra cost for the customer = £51.60

These charges are collected by UK customs or the courier during delivery. We always aim to keep your total cost transparent — and we’re here to help if you have any questions!
