Yes! All our shirts are authentic and come with labels. You might wonder how we can offer the mystery boxes at such competitive prices, which is mainly because we purchase large quantities of football shirts from clubs/brands/manufacturers. Our mystery boxes are, on paper, the cheapest way to get official football shirts.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day! You can choose the shipping method and how soon it arrives in the checkout.

Sometimes it can take 2–3 business days for tracking information to update, especially if the shipping carrier is experiencing delays. They're doing their best. Just like us, they’re human too. :)

I’m really sorry about that! You can start a return by going to our return portal. Please upload a photo of the item, and I’ll make sure we resolve this as quickly as possible.
If the issue is due to a mistake on our side (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will reimburse your return shipping costs after reviewing the return.
